I believe that beautiful moments should be captured, treasured and kept forever.
I approach every wedding with the idea in mind that this is YOUR DAY, your BEST. DAY. EVER. The one-day you have quite possibly been dreaming about since you were a little girl; the one day where your makeup is perfect, you’re the one that’s finally in the white dress, the cake has never tasted sweeter and you are just thanking Jesus that the handsome guy in the tux chose you!
But on the flip-side I always think about how this could be Grandpa’s last year, how your dad hasn’t hugged you that tight since you were a little girl and how at any given moment, THIS moment could fade and all you will be left with is what I am capturing with my camera. This is a job I do not take lightly. I cry at every wedding, I get attached, I WILL hug your mom before I leave and I WILL sob when I see you walking down the aisle, when you exchange your “I do’s.” This more than just a business, this is the day that starts someone’s forever.
Let me paint you a picture: You slipping into your white dress, tears spilling down your mom’s eyes as she buttons that last button on your gown, the moment your gal pals finally see you, the guys playing Madden while the girls are putting on make-up; the proud moment when it’s just you and your dad as he sees his baby girl for the first time dressed in white. And when those doors finally swing open and your groom sees his forever bride for the first time. Can you see it??
I want to be there to document it all. Those memories deserve to be frozen in time and cherished for generations to come. That’s why I do business because your memories matter. (Let me say it again for the people in the back: YOUR MEMORIES MATTER.) And how it's captured matters.
Are you ready to invest in your wedding day? But not just as the bride + groom, but for generations of family to come?
Your story is raw + real and it's 100% YOU. After your day ends you are going to be left with what I am capturing with my camera. Your story is worth investing in. Because something's are just meant to last a lifetime, just like the two of you!
I'm down, are you?
